Banana Boat Suncream review

Its summer! Well apparently it is, i’m sat here writing this in the rain!

Both my boys have dry skin and suffer from eczema. I’ve struggled to find a sun cream that doesn’t affect their skin but have found Banana Boats’s range of Suncreams brilliant.

We have used the kids spf 50 pump and the baby spf 50 spray.

Both are equally as good. I do prefer the pump bottle rather than the spray as I prefer to put the cream on my hands and then rub it into the boys.

The cream itself isn’t too runny or too thick and absorbs into the skin really well. It doesn’t make skin feel ‘sticky’ either.  It does not have a particular smell but that’s great as it means there is less ‘rubbish’ in it which irritates the boys skin.

The bottles are quite chunky and heavy to carry around. I have yet to find any smaller travel size bottles in a shop near me which would be ideal for pre school and the changing bag.

It retails for around £10-£12 in most good beauty stores and supermarkets.

It’s hypoallergenic, clinically tested, very water resistant and peaditrician tested.

I would definitely recommend it for your little ones!
